    1. Introduction

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of transport services provided by Cablab Transfer Service ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

    2. Services

    Cablab Transfer Service provides pre-booked transport services, including airport transfers, city rides, and long-distance transfers. All services are provided subject to availability and confirmation.

    3. Booking and Confirmation

    • A booking is considered non-binding after it is created and a booking confirmation email is received.
    • A booking becomes binding only upon receipt of a transfer confirmation email.
    • The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any booking.

    4. Pricing and Payments

    Prices are displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on distance, time, and vehicle category.

    Payment may be made:

    • in advance (full amount),
    • or partially as a deposit (where available).

    The remaining balance may be settled in cash or as otherwise agreed.

    5. Cancellation and Refunds

    Cancellation terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

    6. Passenger Responsibilities

    The passenger agrees to:

    • provide accurate and truthful information when booking
    • be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
    • behave respectfully towards the driver
    • comply with local laws and safety regulations

    The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour.

    7. Waiting and Delays

    • A reasonable waiting time is included in the price (e.g. flight tracking is included for airport transfers).
    • Additional waiting time may be charged.
    • The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.

    8. Luggage

    • The passenger is responsible for selecting a vehicle category appropriate for their luggage.
    • The Company is not responsible if the selected vehicle is insufficient for the passenger's luggage.
    • Oversized or special luggage must be declared in advance.

    9. No-Show

    Failure to appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation is considered a "no-show" and may be charged in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

    10. Liability

    The Company is not liable for:

    • indirect or consequential damages
    • missed flights or connections
    • delays caused by external circumstances

    Liability is limited to a maximum of the price of the booked service.

    11. Force Majeure

    The Company is not liable for failure or delay in services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

    • weather conditions
    • accidents
    • road closures
    • strikes
    • decisions by public authorities

    12. Privacy

    Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    13. Corporate Clients

    Corporate clients and regular customers may be subject to individually agreed terms.

    14. Changes to Terms

    The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which the Company operates.
