Cancellation Policy

    Effective date: March 2026

    1. Booking Status

    A booking is considered non-binding once the customer creates a reservation and receives a booking confirmation email. At this stage, the customer may cancel the booking at any time without any charges.

    A booking becomes binding once the customer receives a transfer confirmation email. From this moment, the booking is treated as an active and confirmed reservation.

    2. Cancellation Terms (Non-Corporate Clients)

    a) Full Payment (Card Payment)

    If the customer has paid the full amount in advance and cancels the ride more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, the payment will be fully refunded.

    If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the transfer, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total fare will apply.

    b) Deposit Payment (30%)

    If the customer has paid a 30% deposit and cancels the booking more than 24 hours before the transfer, the deposit will be fully refunded.

    If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the transfer, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.

    3. No-Show Policy

    Failure to appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and treated as a cancellation less than 24 hours before the transfer.

    4. Booking Modifications

    Customers may request changes to their booking (date, time, or route) subject to availability. Changes made less than 24 hours before the transfer may not be guaranteed.

    5. Exceptions

    These cancellation terms do not apply to corporate clients or regular customers, who may have individually agreed conditions.

    6. Refunds

    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

    7. Force Majeure

    Cablab Transfer Service shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, road closures, or other force majeure events.

    8. General Conditions

    • All cancellations must be submitted via official communication channels (email, phone, or booking system).
    • All time references are based on the scheduled pickup time in the local time zone of the pickup location.
    • Cablab Transfer Service reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
